Special Handling of Social Security Numbers
Purpose: SSNs are used solely for credit checks and identity verification.
Security: SSNs are encrypted at rest and transmitted securely.
Sharing: SSNs are never shared beyond authorized screening services and only with your explicit consent.
Data Retention
Application data is retained for 2 years per California record-keeping requirements, then securely deleted. During this period, your information remains protected under this privacy policy.

- Dispute any inaccurate information in your application or screening reports
